Our authorised Parts and Service Network is located throughout New Zealand. Each branch holds stock of faster moving parts. The central New Zealand warehouse is situated in Wellington. This provides a nationwide overnight service to our Network.

Efficient Parts Service

Our customers are efficiently supplied with quality parts for today's modern construction and forestry equipment. We are also often able to supply that hard-to-find part for the older machine.

Volvo Operating Standards

High Titan standards of operation have been obtained and maintained by compliance with the Volvo Operating Standards.
Our network is assessed to a world standard of management, presentation and operation. The assessment is carried out in accordance with the Volvo Operating Standards. This ensures a consistent level of service nationwide.

Personnel Training at  Parts Centres

Personnel at the Parts centres undergo regular qualified training. Technical experience, advanced technology knowledge and customer assistance skills are of primary focus. This means employees at Parts centres have the expertise to supply customers and service personnel with the right parts as quickly as possible.

Additional Services - Warranties, Recycled Parts, Trailer Parts

Where applicable, exchange parts are available with a full 12-month new parts warranty. For older equipment it may be possible to supply recycled parts.
